It's called Closed Mondays (thanks Adam!) - and it's real Claymation (by Will Vinton, the California Raisins guy). It's old, it's rough, and hilarious. Kinda reminds me of The Critic because of the artsy fartsy element.

Um? WHY WAS THIS SO BRILLIANT? I laughed so hard at his sad face... I wish drunk people were actually that cute.
Hahaha, it's really not... I just find it hilarious and creepy - creepy because of how rough the animation is at some points... kinda like Nosferatu was creepy when I was a kid because of how rough it was... but now that I'm older it's lost its most of its creepiness... but I still lose it every time I see it.
Hah, it's a rhetorical statement, I'm not being critical. I really did like it. It's a little bit Evil Dead and a whole lot Jack Nicholson in his facial animations.
