A group of 10 students developed this animated short film. We did so in our 3rd year (of 4) of the Bachelor of Applied Arts in Animation at Sheridan Collegein Oakville, ON. This blog is a place for us to share our preproduction work on our film, HIGHER EDUCATION, amongst ourselves and with whoever is interested in seeing the process.
The action's looking good - I don't know if I'll be able to fit in time to go over (any)everyone's poses, so just try to keep the model in mind as you animate - this goes for everyone.
On a totally unrelated note - Hernando, would you mind if I added the ruler prop into scene 20? It seems like she needs it, it'd make the sequence a lot stronger and make her more menacing, closer to what we see of her in her flashbacks/final frames of her memory screening.
If you're okay with it, she could hold on to it in scene 21, you wouldn't see it in scene 22, and she could drop it off frame in scene 23 when she realizes she's choking.
