I think you spelled my name wrong! Haha, actually, I think you've misspelled a few other also. Maybe we should put a word document in the group folder that has them all.
I love the dialogue for Ms. Ecks in the Classroom.
I also like the big swell of music when she figures out how to save herself. Is that the piece of music that had you laughing so hard? The quick transition to the finished child scribble work well, I think.
Very nice. Ditto to the misspelling of names, haha.
Definitely loving the ending, and the abruptness of her changing the memory.
To nitpick, I think the classical music in the courtroom is out of place with the rest of the film, but I don't know what I'd replace it with.
I actually really, really like the misspellings of the names in the credits. With big red marker corrections overtop, yes?
Adding sound really adds to the clarity of the whole changing of the memory. And I love Nathan's work on Ms. X's dialogue in the classroom! I'd be tempted to cut the music when the screen turns to black and the title of higher education comes up, and just have a clear loud echoing thud. If you guys have time, it'd be nice to experiment with the correction of the title in the leica stage. And I agree with the correction of our names at the end, that'd be fun! Closing in on 5 minutes though, we'll have to start thinking about things we can trim down..!
I agree with Mélanie re: the loud, echoing thud rather than the music. I think it would add a lot of impact (har har) to the title, make it more memorable, etc.
Sorry for that spelling, I did those credits at 3 in the morning, but I like that they inspired Amber's idea of correcting them in the credits, at least I've had my share of teacher correcting my spelling all over.
Also, the last bit of music gives a lot of chance to have some of those end credits drawings, of say Ms. Ecks being bothered by cherubs and stuff like that.
nice~ but i think u can still make some cuts a lot faster... but cool. =D
This is great Hernando..I like the overall feel. I think in the ending bit, we could reduce some cuts to make it flow a bit better.
very clear and fun film guys, I really like it! My only crit is I couldn't see what caused the nice lady to bump into the bench and curse.
